Delivery will take from 24 to 72 hours
Deliveries are free of charge except for products under $80. In that case, a shipping cost of $18 will be applied.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer
In special sales periods (Sale, Outlet, Christmas, Thanksgiving…) shipping times may increase.
Please allow 3 extra days for products that have been customized with our monogramming service.
Can I exchange my items? Do I have to pay for it?
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your items for a different size or style, you must return the goods and place a new order at www.mintandrose.us.
If needed, can I return my items? Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, we accept returns! You must request a return within 30 natural days from the order date.
“Outlet”, "Premium Sales" or customized items are not eligible for return.
If you wish to return your item please follow the instructions below:
Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, name, last name, pick up address, phone number, and item you are returning. You will receive an email with the return label and you will just need to drop off the package at the nearest FedEx store.
As soon as we receive the package in our warehouse we will start with the return and refund procedures , deducting $18 for return costs.
*You can make a free return if you use your own delivery service. Please consider that you hold full responsibility until the package arrives at our facilities.
