Shipping and delivery

  • The delivery period is from 24-72 hours. 

  • Deliveries are free of charge in orders above $80. Orders under $80 will have $18 in concept of shipping costs.

  • If there were any customs duties derived, they will be assumed by the client.

Special periods

In special sales periods (sale, outlet, Christmas, Thanksgiving…) shipping terms may be increased. 

Customized products

Those products that have been customized with our monogramming service will need 3 extra days to be shipped.


Can I exchange my items? Do I have to pay for it?

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange your products for a different size or style, you must make a return and purchase a new item at 


If needed, can I return my items? Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, you can make a return! Requests for returns must be made within 30 natural days from the order date. 

“Outlet”, "Venta Premium" or customized items are not eligible for a return. 

If you want to return your product follow the instructions below:

  • Please send us an email to with the order number, name, last name, pick up address, phone number, and item you are returning. You will receive an email with the return label and you will just need to drop off the package to the nearest FedEx store. 

  • As soon as we receive the package at our warehouse we will start with the procedures of the return and refund, deducting $18 for return costs.

*You can make a free return if you use your own logistic company. Please consider that you hold full responsibility until the package arrives at our facilities.
